How Long Does The Jobs last?
Employment contracts with Disney Cruise Line depend on the position and can be for 3, 4, 4 ˝, 6, or 8 months. Crew members get a break after each contract that averages 6 to 8 weeks, again depending on the position.
While onboard working, each crew member works every day although there is a limited amount of time off during the work day. There are no days off. Many crew members work between 70 and 84 hours each week. Crew members do receive free room and board and access to medical services while on contract.
